Wethele Manor Wedding Photography | Lizzie & Matt

A mega Friends fan, a superfan of The Bill, and three glass grandma!!!

WHOOP, WHOOP, WHOOP

Summer has finally arrived!!!

On what was the hottest Early May Bank Holiday since records began (probably), I got sunstroke (possibly) and Lizzy and Matt got married (most definitely!!!)

Tucked away in the Warwickshire countryside, not too far from the Bride's hometown of Leamington Spa, is Wethele Manor, which is a simply fabulous wedding venue

With the nearby village of Weston under Wetherley mentioned in the Doomsday Book and parts of the Manor dating back to 16th Century it's fair to say that it has history and charm in abundance....and they used to make cider too :-)

The perfect place for a wedding!

Relaxed Warwickshire Wedding Photography

When the Bride & Groom are both getting ready at the venue then you get this fantastic opportunity to capture the build up to the ceremony from both points of view, floating around between the two, getting double the atmosphere.

This was a wedding with a really relaxed, chilled vibe and the sunshine was just perfect for it

Then you of course get the wonderful moment that the whole day is built around, when the Bride & Groom come together for the 'I dos' and the 'I wills' and often a few tears too.

One thing to mention.....that gorgeous and elegant dress....designed and made by one of Lizzy's Bridesmaids!!!

After that? Well, when the sun is shining it's time to drink, eat and make merry of course!!

When it came to the speeches Matt definitely earned himself some husband points by using his connections to get video messages of congratulations from various bands - v cool

To be fair, he did then have to endure a roasting from his two Best Men in their speech, but that's par for the course isn't it!

One of the sweetest moments during the day was when the Grooms two Grandmas embraced and then later on in the evening all three of his grandparents hit the dancefloor!

Of course, if you'd like to have a chat about your wedding photography then please get in touch!!
